Returns - Digital items
Mana Interactive does not allow returns for digital items purchased within the Mana Shop (e.g. gift card codes and game codes).
Returns - Physical items
In certain situations, Mana Interactive will allow returns for physical items purchased within the Mana Shop.
Mana Interactive does not allow returns for the following reasons:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental purchase
For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet at least 1 of the following criteria:
- The item is damaged or defective.

- Mana Interactive will refund the purchaser after determining that the item is damaged or defective based on a review of the documentation provided by the purchaser. The purchaser may be required to ship the item back before a refund is initiated.
- The item is not what was advertised.

- Mana Interactive will refund the purchaser after determining that the item received does not match the description of the item at the time it was purchased.The purchaser may be required to ship the item back before a refund is initiated.
- The item is not delivered to the purchaser.

- If the purchaser does not receive an item within 5 business days of the expected delivery date*, then they should contact Mana Support for assistance. The purchaser will be asked to provide additional information for review and will then be informed as to whether a refund is available.
To request a return:
- The purchaser must notify Mana Support within 3 days of item delivery.
- The message sent to Mana Support must contain the item’s order number, the reason for return, and a photo containing both the item and item packaging.
- There may be additional requirements for return and refund, depending on the specific item.
Mana has the right to deny returns and refunds for users that do not provide adequate and requested information within 3 days of item delivery.
Contacting Mana Support
To submit a support request within the Mana app:
- Go to the “My account” screen
- Select “Submit a request”
- Select "Help with Mana Shop" category and provide all pertinent information
